General Residential Cleaning

This cleaning includes bedrooms (surfaces/ floors/housekeeping for beds and bedding), bathrooms (shower stall/bathing tub/sink/surfaces/toilet/floors), entry way, kitchen (all surfaces, appliances exteriors, stainless steel), and all floors vacuumed/swept/mopped. We have all the appropriate detergents and disinfectant agents for dusting, surface cleaning, and floors. However, if you have particular ones you want to provide, we will substitute as well.  We ask for access to your home for 3-4 hours for 1-2 experienced cleaners to complete the job.

Flat rates

Most single family homes can be serviced for a flat fee total for a general cleaning throughout.  With a simple address some limited information we can send you a quote.  Many houses fee rates fall between $97-175, and apartments average between $75-125.

Deep Clean or Move Out Service

This cleaning includes everything in the basic clean, as well as many more details.  This is popular to do once every two years or maybe for a move in/ move out scenario.  We ask for access to your home for about 6 hours for 2-3 experienced cleaners to finish this job.  Here are some of the details you can expect-
Everywhere: Dust the ceiling fixtures Clean the interior windows and dust ledges Clean the door knobs and doors. Clean all light switches and outlets. Clean the trim and baseboards Bathroom: Get soap scum off the bathroom tiles and tub/shower, use microfiber clothes for hair removal from all areas Clean out the bathroom drawers and vanity Clean the toilet, sink, counter-top, and floor (sweep and mop) Clean the mirror Kitchen: Clean out all interior of cabinets Wipe the front of the cabinets Clean and disinfect all counter-tops Clean and shine up the sink and faucet Scrub the refrigerator inside and out. Remove all shelves and clean separately if necessary Scrub the oven inside and out, remove burners and shelving to clean and place back Clean out the dishwasher if you have one Remove all appliances and sweep/mop behind them.  Floors: Vacuuming all carpeted areas is included as well as deep carpet cleaning. All hardwood floors, as well as tile / laminates / other, would also be swept and mopped with appropriate supplies and product (for hard floors we use Rejuv brand and Bona brand products specific to hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, etc).

Deep clean vs move out services

The idea is of course a much more detailed and thorough cleaning.  On a deep clean, focus will be carefully cleaning appliances without disturbing food and stored items in fridge and cabinets.  Moving furniture to get to miscellaneous trash and dust.  While when dealing with move out cleans, the focus will be on similar areas but making your apartment or house ready for a manager's checkout list inspection, or perhaps a potential showing for a buyer.  The pricing on this type of service will be between $249-345.  Carpet cleaning can cost an additional $50-200, depending on amount of carpeted areas and their condition.

Many of our commercial clients have used us to do recurring and one time scheduled jobs.  We have been doing cleaning for Fargo-Moorhead businesses that include municipalities, offices, retail spaces, specialized care facilities, and much more.  Each business and location have very specific needs, with some information and perhaps a visit, we can compete for your request and earn your business as well!

Also part of our seamless cleaning service, is the easy payment options. Whether you would like to pay in person with cash or credit card, or use our easy online invoicing to pay with any major credit card online, we extend to you these options in a convenient and secure platform.

Home Access

Accessing your home can be very simple and convenient.  Meeting at an agreed time, picking up and extra key, or a garage access code are some of the many ways we can get to work on cleaning inside.  We'll use one of these or another method, you give us the instructions, and we will follow!
